Reading Phillies in town for four big games 07/09/2009 1:30 PM ET
Harrisburg, PA - The Senators return home on Friday night to start a four-game series with the Reading Phillies. This is the final series prior to the all-star break and the Sens have plenty of fun planned for the weekend. Last Saturday night the Senators drew 7,165, their largest crowd ever, and are expecting more big crowds this weekend. Limited box seats are available for Friday night and Saturday night there are limited box and reserve seats available. Major Leaguer Dmitri Young is still on the Senators roster continuing his rehab. Young is a two-time all-star (2003 & 2007) and the 2007 National League Comeback Player of the Year. Saturday night is the annual Scout Sleepover, so hundreds of tents will be pitched in the outfield following Saturday's game. And the campers will get to watch a feature movie on the Senators videoboard! Saturday morning is the Senators 8th annual 5K and Kids Fun Run. Registration begins at 8:00am with the entry fee $25 for the 5k. The Kids Fun Run is free. The 5K benefits the American Heart Association. Here is an in-depth look at the weekend:
